About Liberty Christian School:

"Liberty's vision is to empower students to embrace a lifestyle that stands firmly for all values consistent with God's word."

"Liberty's mission is to fulfill our vision by working in concert with families who profess faith in Jesus Christ by providing a college preparatory education based on God's Holy Word."

The Liberty Foundation of Family
Liberty Christian School is a wonderful environment for students for numerous reasons.  First is the Christian foundation on which the school was started.  Every decision that is made regarding any area of the school is prayed about carefully.  Second is the feeling of family when students are a part of Liberty because of the undeniable warmth and love that flows through the entire campus.  When families join the school in any area, they join the Liberty family. What a wonderful feeling to be surrounded by so many people who care about one another and support each other.

The Liberty Standard of Excellence
Liberty has an indisputable reputation for being a school with high standards and students who have demonstrated incredible achievement and success after graduation. One of the main reasons these students achieve such academic excellence is the exemplary curriculum in each of their classes.  Liberty gives each student a wide range of opportunities with exceptional programs.  In addition to the A Beka curriculum, Lower School students benefit from enrichment classes such as Bible, art, computer, Spanish, applied music, vocal music, music history and appreciation, musical theatre, band, physical education and science experiences.

We invite all families, from preschool through high school, to tour our campus or attend on of our Preview Day Breakfasts to meet our students and staff.

We offer a Fall Preview Day and a Spring Preview Day each year for families to enjoy breakfast with our founder and president, Dr. Rodney Haire, and to also hear from current students.  During these Preview Day mornings, Upper School students usher tours around campus and answer any of your questions.

Registration for these complimentary events will be available on our website as we approach the dates.

You may schedule a personal tour for you and your family throughout the year, or a time for your student to spend a half-day on campus by shadowing another student.

Going way beyond just textbooks and lectures, teachers develop in students a love of learning and critical thinking through both core and elective courses, along with fun, diversified strategies to reach all learning styles.

Campus Life:
From the Wee Warriors in preschool to the "Wisdom Warrior" grandparents, the Liberty family gathers on campus to learn, eat, shop, network, and fellowship.  Sip coffee on a couch in the Commons, peruse spirit wear in the LC Shoppe, or study the Bible together in the Navy Room.

Spiritual Life:
"Education can most effectively be accomplished in an environment that recognizes that all the truth is God's truth.  We strive for the students to mature spiritually as well as achieve academic excellence." - Campus Pastor, Chris Searcy

Building physical fitness through recess and PE in ECE and Lower School, student athletes extend those skills into Middle School programs and eventually through statewide competition in 19 varsity sports.  These programs build teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline and character.

Fine Arts:
The Arts at Liberty flourishes through state championship programs in performing arts such as band, chorale, theatre and DanzTeam, along with thriving visual arts platforms like sculpting, photography, yearbook and more!
