Registration Requirements:
*A Certified Copy of the birth certificate, or equivalent, or a valid passports required for all kindergarten and first grade students who have not been enrolled in LISD.
*Immunization records are needed to satisfy state and district requirements.
*Previous school records or withdrawal form should be presented at the time of registration if available.
*Proof of residence, such as a utility bill or rent receipt.
*Parents of Special Education Students: Parents of Special Education students moving into the Lewisville Independent School District can schedule "Admission, Review and Dismissal" transfer meetings by calling the campus the student will be attending in the fall. Please bring all paperwork from the previous school to the transfer ARD. For information, please call the LISD Special Education Office at 469-713-5203.
